La fin de l’Amérique est, aux USA, un “thème porteur”. Le livre Aftershock: Protect
Yourself and Profit in the Next Global Financial Meltdown, de
David Wiedemer, Robert A. Wiedemer et Cindy S. Spitzer, est devenue une
institution dans ce domaine de la programmation de l’apocalypse
américaniste. Un peu comme une série TV, il y a une première édition en
2009, suivie d'une seconde, révisée à mesure des événements et à la
hausse en 2011, avec 160.000 exemplaires vendus pour cette édition. Le
site Newsmax.com, qui travaille beaucoup dans les prévisions apocalyptiques, s’est associé aux deux Wiedemer pour produire une
vidéo qui a un succès remarquable (10 millions d’exemplaires vendus). Intitulée Aftershock Survival Summit,
la vidéo décrit le sort
prévu de l’Amérique, peut-être dès la fin de 2011, sans aucun doute en
2012, et la façon de protéger ses avoirs et ses capitaux dans de
telles circonstances si troublées de l'effondrement sans doute
tonitruant de la chose.
Le 14 septembre 2011, le site
Moneynews.com publiait un article sur le thème.
«Robert Wiedemer, author of The New York Times best-selling book
Aftershock, has been lumped in with these “End of America” economists.
His disturbing prophecy of a 90% stock market drop, 100% annual
inflation, and 50% unemployment, starting in 2012, definitely sounds

private meeting with Wiedemer in Palm Beach, Fla. “But then he showed

scared the hell out of me. It was a great wake-up
